I am a bestselling author and a prolific blogger. I write on personal development, female rights, and the general state of our society. My first crime thriller book, Majid’s Diary, received wide acceptance among the readers and the upcoming second crime thriller, Illusion, is eagerly awaited. My books are fast-paced thrillers but with the backdrop of serious social issues, like Majid’s Diary was set in the 2014 Indian turmoil of increasing communalism, and Illusion is set within a backdrop of pervasive domestic violence in India.

I am also the owner of PhoenixRecreate Pvt Ltd., a business consultancy that provides academic, technical, and business research and reports. I also own a social media agency, The Socializers, that provides Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Threads Marketing Services to businesses..

A bit more on my background

I don't remember when I started writing, but my first poem dates from Grade 1. Around high school, I stopped writing poems and started doing analytical reasoning among other such things. After 4 painful years at B-Tech, and two, slightly less painful ones at MBA (I actually loved advertising and marketing courses), I declared I would write a book (not necessarily about becoming an unwilling engineer). The thought of daily bread though kept me for another few years at Google Hyderabad. I freelanced a bit for the Times of India (Hyderabad), reviewed some movies at Fullhyderabad.com, and life looked pretty settled in with my day job at Google. But then the bug bit me and I quit the conundrum of practical life and wrote Majid's Diary (2015). It went on to become an Amazon bestseller and its second edition came out in 2018. Now, I am writing my second book, The Poor Little Serial Killer (anyways, that's what my editor's first words were after reading a draft). It's a crime thriller (well, people read them) with a strong social message (people need them). I doodle a bit with Social Media Marketing content and ad strategy for clients like the RainGroup, PlatinumOne, Outtwig Educations, and several more. Life finally found a balance.
